Because our products (including but not limited to custom visiting cards, customized banners, letterheads, and marketing materials) are highly personalized and manufactured to your unique specifications, they cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds are strictly defined as follows:
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Production Begins: You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided the processing status has not changed to “In Production” or “Printing”. If your cancellation request is received before we begin manufacturing, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- After Production Begins: Once your custom order has entered the printing, cutting, or manufacturing phase, it cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
- Custom Printed Products: We do not accept returns or offer replacements for “change of mind”, design preferences, or user-end errors. This includes, but is not limited to, spelling mistakes/typos, low-resolution images uploaded by the user, incorrect file formatting, or selecting the wrong product size/attributes during checkout.
- Manufacturing Defects & Errors: If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, printing error on our part (different from the approved proof), or if the wrong item was delivered, you are eligible for a free reprint or replacement.
- Damaged during Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos/videos of the packaging before opening it and contact us immediately.
3. How to File a Claim
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim:
- Send an email to a1graphics34@gmail.com.
- Include your Order ID and contact information.
- Attach clear, high-quality photos or a short unboxing video showing the defect or transit damage.
Our quality assessment team will review your submission within 24–48 hours. If the defect is verified as a manufacturing or transit fault, we will initiate a priority reprint and ship the replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are only issued if a reprint/replacement is not possible or if an order is successfully canceled before production.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay) within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank.
