Welcome to A1 Graphics India. By accessing and using our website (https://a1graphicsindia.com) and ordering our printing and graphic design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account and Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Artwork and Custom Designs

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content, quality, layout, and resolution of the artwork or text you upload for printing.
  • Copyright: You warrant that you own the copyright or have permission to print the designs provided. A1 Graphics India reserves the right to refuse printing materials that violate intellectual property rights or contain offensive content.
  • Final Approval: For custom orders requiring proofing, your digital approval via WhatsApp/Email/Website is final. No changes can be made once production begins.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website for products like customized business cards, banners, and marketing materials are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment must be cleared through our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay) before we initiate the printing process.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

  • Shipping and production times are estimates, not guarantees. While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, A1 Graphics India is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers, logistics, or unforeseen technical constraints.

5. Limitation of Liability

A1 Graphics India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
