Thank you for choosing A1 Graphics India (https://a1graphicsindia.com). We are committed to delivering your custom printing and graphic design orders in a secure and timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and charges.
1. Production Turnaround Time
Because our products (such as customized business cards, premium banners, and corporate letterheads) are tailor-made to your specifications, production begins only after your design is finalized and payment is confirmed.
- Standard Production Time: 3 to 7 working days (depending on the product volume and complexity).
- Production does not run on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once production is complete, your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted third-party courier partners.
- Within Gujarat / Local Delivery: 2 to 3 working days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days post-dispatch.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics companies. A1 Graphics India is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, extreme weather, or regional lockdowns.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the products and the delivery pin code.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make the final payment via Razorpay.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking ID and the name of the courier partner. You can use this information to track your shipment live on the courier company’s website.
5. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete delivery address with a valid mobile number.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, additional shipping fees will apply to re-ship the order.
6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with during transit, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and report it to us within 48 hours at a1graphics34@gmail.com.
